On July 27, 2023, nearly 500 students gathered at the 6th Floor Auditorium, HUFLIT’s Su Van Hanh Campus, for a highly informative and engaging soft skills seminar titled “What is Multi-Level Marketing? Identifying MLM Scams for Students.” This event was part of HUFLIT’s ongoing efforts to prepare students with practical knowledge and critical skills to navigate the complexities of the professional world and protect themselves from unethical business practices.

On May 26, 2023, the 2023 Chinese Bridge Competition was held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, gathering 25 exceptional contestants from 23 universities and colleges across southern Vietnam. Organized annually by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh City, the competition is a prestigious platform designed to foster cultural and linguistic exchange between Vietnam and China, strengthening ties between the two nations.

On May 13, 2023, the vibrant atmosphere at HUFLIT’s Su Van Hanh Campus was filled with excitement as the university successfully hosted “Chinese Day.” The event attracted a large number of students, particularly those from the Chinese Language Studies program, creating a lively celebration of Chinese culture and heritage. Designed as both an educational platform and a creative playground, “Chinese Day” left a lasting impression on all participants.

On April 27, 2023, the 6th Floor Auditorium at HUFLIT’s Su Van Hanh Campus was filled with anticipation as over 500 students gathered for the seminar titled “On the Threshold of the Future.” This highly impactful event aimed to prepare HUFLIT students with the soft skills needed to thrive in the modern world, marking another milestone in the university’s commitment to student development.

On March 24, 2023, the 6th Floor Auditorium at HUFLIT University’s Su Van Hanh Campus was abuzz with excitement as over 200 students majoring in Translation and Interpretation gathered for the professional skills seminar titled “What You Need to Know about Literary Translation.” This event provided a unique and enriching opportunity for students to delve deeper into the art and profession of literary translation.

On March 24, 2023, at the Seminar Room, 1st floor, Building B, Su Van Hanh Campus, HUFLIT University successfully organized the professional skills seminar titled “AI in Teaching and Learning English in the 4.0 Era.” This engaging event attracted the participation of 76 Education majors and other enthusiastic attendees.

On March 22, 2023, the 6th Floor Auditorium at HUFLIT’s Su Van Hanh Campus was filled with excitement as nearly 400 students gathered for the seminar titled “Networking with Chinese Enterprises.” The event was particularly popular among students majoring in Chinese Language Studies, offering a unique and valuable platform to explore the Chinese labor market, corporate culture, and potential career opportunities.

The job market for those proficient in Chinese is more vibrant than ever. For this reason, the Chinese Studies is one of the prominent training programs at the university, attracting a great deal of interest and choice from students.

The 7SEC English Club at HUFLIT has been hosting the interactive event “GOTTA TALK” every Saturday throughout the academic year, providing students with a platform to enhance their English communication and presentation skills. This popular initiative has attracted widespread participation, establishing itself as a key activity for students aiming to improve their language proficiency and critical thinking abilities.

In February 2023, HUFLIT’s 7SEC English Club at the Su Van Hanh Campus successfully organized a series of academic activities aimed at equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam. The events, which attracted nearly 400 participants, consisted of two major highlights: the Workshop "Mastering IELTS Test" and an IELTS Mock Exam. These activities were part of the university's commitment to fostering English proficiency among its students, opening pathways for global academic and career opportunities.

On November 10, 2022, the Final Round of the National Chinese Speech Contest – Da Nang 2022 was held at the University of Foreign Language Studies, University of Danang (UFL – UD). This prestigious event, themed “The Role of Youth in Nation-Building and Development,” brought together talented students from across Vietnam to showcase their linguistic and public speaking skills. Organized as part of the 2022 People’s Diplomacy Program in Da Nang, the contest commemorated the 73rd anniversary of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations (January 18, 1950 – January 18, 2023). The event was jointly hosted by UFL – UD, the Da Nang Union of Friendship Organizations, the Vietnam-China Friendship Association of Da Nang, and the Consulate General of China in Da Nang.
