Recruitment Process

A. Preparation of application documents:
  1. Job application form; Curriculum vitae (including personal information, family background, education and work experience, with attached photo, and confirmation from the local ward/commune);
  2. Degrees, transcripts, and relevant certificates;
  3. Copies of household registration book, ID card, and 2 passport-sized photos;
  4. Health examination certificate.
B. Document submission location:

Department of Organization and Administration (Human Resources Department) – Ground floor, Building A, HUFLIT – Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (828 Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City).

C. Candidate interview:

The Recruitment Board will assess the candidates’ abilities, qualities, and suitability for the applied positions through direct interviews.

D. Result notification:
