When I graduated and joined the workforce, I noticed that there were many successful alumni in a variety of fields and professions. Partners also highly appreciate the training quality of HUFLIT. HUFLIT is not only the school that helped me gain more knowledge and skills to realize my dreams but also my second home, where I made good friends, met respectable teachers, and grew heartfelt bonds after 18 years.

HUFLIT is truly a wonderful memory. It is one of the places that led me to today’s journey of researching convergence in artificial intelligence. After graduation in 2001 and 16 years of teaching in the Faculty of Information Technology, I wanted to go to Korea to advance my qualifications and better serve the teaching profession.

I am a student of HUFLIT cohort 2003. I love English and Business Administration and at that time HUFLIT was the only institution in Ho Chi Minh City that ticked all the boxes for me. The programs are diverse in terms of content; from the first semester until the end of the third year, students are trained in 4 language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) from basic to advanced levels. All business classes are taught in English, and the lecturers are knowledgeable professionals who have studied overseas and gained a wealth of real-world experience. HUFLIT is therefore usually the first on my recommendation list when asked for my opinion regarding the university’s academic program.

I work with many foreign businesses, mostly Korean ones. Every time I mention that I studied Korean Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology, 7 out of 10 people immediately recognize the institution. I think this is an impressive number. Personally, I believe that has obtained a recognizable position nationally and internationally.

The success of HUFLIT’s students has made the university a well-respected name in the field over the past 30 years. What I love the most are the up-to-date knowledge and open-mindedness. Although I graduated in 2015, I can still apply the knowledge and skills obtained at HUFLIT in my current job. The environment has given me a solid foundation and the ability to refresh what I have learned to develop professionally.

HUFLIT is closely associated with a student-friendly learning environment and places a strong emphasis on foreign language training for students starting from their first year, particularly in specialized English. Throughout their studies, HUFLIT often organizes specialized seminars to provide students with practical knowledge. As a result, I can quickly adapt to a practical working environment right after graduation.

HUFLIT has given me faith, helped me grow, and offered me the opportunity to develop as an event leader during my university time. The University made me who I am today. I am deeply grateful to Teacher Cuoc and other teachers working at this university. I hope they will continue to teach the GenH so that they can confidently strike out on their own and be willing to help each other out in society.
