1. A PRACTICE-ORIENTED CURRICULUM

HUFLIT’s Bachelor of Hotel Management program combines theory and practice, equipping students with both professional knowledge and essential service management skills. Students are trained according to up-to-date domestic and international standards and trends, with a strong focus on key professional skills such as customer care, communication, reception, housekeeping, restaurant service, bartending, marketing, business development, human resources, finance, and hotel operations management.

In addition to classroom learning, students gain hands-on experience through simulation labs, internship semesters, industry expert talks, and field trips to international-standard hotels—right from their first year of study.

Hotel Operations Management
Equips students with in-depth knowledge and skills to manage day-to-day hotel operations—including operations, finance, and human resources. Students are trained to apply service quality standards to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Restaurant and Culinary Service Management
Focuses on food culture, restaurant business operations, menu design, service management, and banquet organization. Students develop the ability to plan, operate, and innovate diverse dining services aligned with market trends.
