Thirty students from the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) and several other universities from the “Lion City” had unforgettable experiences during their exchange program with HUFLIT students. They began their “cultural class,” which was designed and led by HUFLITers from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality.

HUFLIT’s Bachelor of Hotel Management program combines theory and practice, equipping students with both professional knowledge and essential service management skills. Students are trained according to up-to-date domestic and international standards and trends, with a strong focus on key professional skills such as customer care, communication, reception, housekeeping, restaurant service, bartending, marketing, business development, human resources, finance, and hotel operations management.

The Tourism and Travel Service Management major at HUFLIT is designed with a strong focus on practical application, combining foundational knowledge with real-world professional training. Students will study specialized subjects such as Tourism Geography, Regional Cultures, History – Cuisine – Beliefs, and develop essential skills in tour operation, tour guiding, travel product design, event organization, customer experience management, and problem-solving.

Since the end of October 2024, the atmosphere welcoming Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 of the Tourism - Hospitality Faculty Union has been filled with color and excitement with 03 activities: the emotional "Gratitude Podcast", the creative "Gratitude Card" contest and the artistic "Gratitude Performance" program.

With the theme “Walk to Saigon”, the 2024 New Student Welcome Picnic organized by the Youth Union of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality brought an exciting journey, taking students to explore unique play stations associated with famous and familiar locations of the city.

Aiming at training closely linked to practice, recently, English Club under the Faculty of Tourism - Hospitality organized an exchange session with the theme "Multicultural communication in tourism and hotel", attracting a large number of students inside and outside the Faculty to participate.
