As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of HUFLIT’s establishment, the Faculty of Economics and Finance, in collaboration with KPMG Vietnam, successfully organized a company tour for the students of the Faculty.
The COMPANY TOUR is a business tour program organized by the Faculty’s leadership throughout the academic year. It is one of the signature activities of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, aiming to create networking opportunities for students to experience, observe, listen, and learn from the real business environment. It helps them understand the recruitment policies and working culture of companies, thereby strengthening their understanding of their future career paths related to Finance, Accounting, and Auditing.

KPMG Vietnam is one of the four largest audit firms in the world, known as the “Big4s”, which includes PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Deloitte, Ernst and Young (E&Y), and KPMG. Established in 1994, KPMG operates with a workforce of nearly 2000 professionals and staff at offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang. KPMG is renowned for providing top-notch auditing, tax, legal, and business advisory services in Vietnam and globally.
In the recent Company Tour at KPMG, the students had the opportunity to explore two extremely attractive fields relevant to both Finance – Banking, and Accounting disciplines: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Tax Advisory. The tour provided the students from the Faculty of Economics and Finance with an inside look at KPMG, a Big4 company, and enabled them to absorb more knowledge about the requirements of working in the M&A and Tax fields at KPMG. Moreover, they had the chance to hear experienced professionals share their work style and valuable experiences in a professional, disciplined, yet lively and dynamic environment.

The tour ended with enthusiasm and excitement as the students looked forward to becoming part of the KPMG family in the near future
The company tour left unforgettable impressions and provided the students with valuable practical experiences in the fields of Finance, Accounting, and Auditing. The program concluded on a high note with the students feeling motivated and ready to strive towards becoming professional workers, prepared to meet the recruitment demands of businesses in the current era of economic integration.
