Transfer score procedure

– At each semester that students complete, the partner school will issue a transcript and send it directly to HUFLIT’s Foreign Affairs Department.

– Upon receiving the transcript (original or soft copy depending on the partner school), the Foreign Affairs Department will notify the student.

– After completing the program and returning to HUFLIT to study, students contact the Foreign Affairs Department to receive the original transcript (if it is a soft copy, the Department will send it via the student’s email); then, bring the following documents to the Faculty Office so that the faculty can transfer the score to the student:

• • Application for transfer of credits (Link);
  • Original transcript or transcript file;
  • Transcript translation certified by the Head of Department (Link)

After the Faculty completes the transfer procedure, the Faculty will notify the student.
