1. The University acknowledges and highly appreciates students’ feedback shared during the dialogue sessions, considering it an important communication channel that contributes to the development of the institution as well as the enhancement of training quality, student support, and services — all in alignment with the principle of “student-centered education.” Through these dialogues, the University reaffirms its commitment to accompanying students in building a dynamic, creative, and modern learning environment at HUFLIT, one that evolves in harmony with the nation’s growth and integration in the new era of Vietnam’s development.
3. Regarding facilities-related matters, the Facility Operations Center is requested to coordinate closely with the Facility Procurement Department to promptly address and resolve any issues in order to provide the best possible support for both students and lecturers. This matter has always received consistent attention and direction from the University Council and the Board of Rectors. In particular, in the upcoming period, the University will commence the renovation and refurbishment of the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating a modern, comfortable, and inspiring learning environment that meets the increasingly diverse needs of learners. This initiative serves as an essential foundation for enhancing the student experience and reinforcing HUFLIT’s reputation and position in its new phase of development.
The University requests that students take greater responsibility in using and protecting shared facilities and property. In the event of any damage or malfunction, students should promptly notify the Facility Operations Center or on-site technical staff at each campus for timely resolution.
4. Students should pay close attention to matters that directly affect their legal rights and interests, such as the shortened training duration, the classification of the third semester as a regular semester, the inclusion of conduct scores in the graduation diploma appendix, the graduation requirements for foreign language and computer proficiency, short-term training courses that support future career development, early registration for postgraduate programs at the University (if desired), and the student support fund. At the same time, students are required to fulfill their tuition payment obligations, complete the conduct evaluation within the stipulated time, and strictly comply with the University’s rules and regulations to ensure their legitimate rights and benefits.
5. Students are required to strictly comply with the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, as well as the laws and regulations of the State. At the same time, they must adhere to the rules, codes of conduct, and regulations of the University. When on campus, students must wear their student ID cards and dress neatly and appropriately for the academic environment. The University strictly prohibits all acts of law violation, including attending or taking exams on behalf of others, using counterfeit certificates, smoking within the campus, and any other behaviors that violate University regulations, in order to maintain discipline, order, and the overall quality of education.
In addition, students are required to strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety to ensure safety and order when attending classes at all campuses. They must also adhere to other legal regulations such as the Law on Military Service and the Law on Cybersecurity, and actively participate in activities related to crime prevention, the fight against social evils, school violence, fire prevention and fighting, as well as search and rescue efforts. Through these actions, students contribute to building a safe, friendly, and happy educational environment.
6.
Regarding campus security and order, the University requests that students remain vigilant against fraudulent activities and take responsibility for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables. If students detect any violations of school regulations, the presence of suspicious individuals, or incidents that may affect security and safety on campus, they must promptly report the situation to the Security Team or relevant departments for timely and effective handling and prevention.
7. Students are advised to regularly visit the Academic Information Portal (https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/) to stay updated on matters related to their rights and responsibilities. In case of any questions or concerns, students should first contact their respective Faculty. If the issue is beyond the Faculty’s authority, students may directly reach out to the relevant administrative offices or contact the Office of Political and Student Affairs through the following channels for timely guidance and resolution:

The above constitutes the conclusions of the University Board of Rectors from the Dialogue between the University Leadership and Students for the 2024–2025 academic year. Relevant units are requested to seriously take into account students’ feedback and suggestions. Departments and divisions should proactively and actively coordinate, propose timely solutions to existing issues—especially legitimate concerns related to academic management and campus facilities at the University’s locations. During implementation, if any difficulties or obstacles arise, the units must promptly report them to the University Council and the Board of Rectors for consideration and direction.
