• Guidance area: Welcoming parents and new students, directing the admission process 
• Student Union – Youth Association area: Handling student union and party membership transfers, supporting and introducing housing

• Gift distribution area: Giving welcome gifts to new students of K31

3rd Floor Area

• Student ID photo area 
• Tuition payment area

4th Floor Area

• 4th floor lobby: Issuing student confirmation letters for purposes such as military service deferment or applying for student policy loans

• Room B46: Submitting admission documents for students at the Hóc Môn campus

• Room B43: Stamping and photocopying related documents

• Rooms B41, B42, B44, B45, B47: Receiving admission notices, welcome letters, and submitting admission documents

5th Floor Area

• Rooms B55, B56, B57: Receiving admission notices, welcome letters, and submitting admission documents

Notes

• The university has placed the orientation diagram for new students of K30 in the lobby for easy reference.

• If there are any questions regarding the admission process, parents and new students may contact the guidance area in Lobby B for clarification.
