Entrance Hall B Area

Guidance area: Welcoming parents and new students, directing the admission process
Student Union – Youth Association area: Handling student union and party membership transfers, supporting and introducing housing
Gift distribution area: Giving welcome gifts to new students of K31

4th floor lobby: Issuing student confirmation letters for purposes such as military service deferment or applying for student policy loans
Room B46: Submitting admission documents for students at the Hóc Môn campus
Room B43: Stamping and photocopying related documents
Rooms B41, B42, B44, B45, B47: Receiving admission notices, welcome letters, and submitting admission documents

Rooms B55, B56, B57: Receiving admission notices, welcome letters, and submitting admission documents

The university has placed the orientation diagram for new students of K30 in the lobby for easy reference.
If there are any questions regarding the admission process, parents and new students may contact the guidance area in Lobby B for clarification.
