Advise on and administer political and ideological education, student affairs and support, campus security and healthcare to help maintain a safe and connected educational environment.
Functions & Duties
- Advise on and deliver political and ideological education, monitor staff and student concerns, and preserve University traditions.
- Administer national defence and internal security activities and manage security and self-defence personnel.
- Manage student records, cards, status confirmations, off-campus residence and conduct assessments; administer student benefits, scholarships, tuition support, awards, discipline and feedback.
- Organize civic orientation, extracurricular activities, career and skills support.
- Provide campus healthcare, insurance administration, disease prevention, and health and psychological counselling.
- Run the Alumni Liaison Office and maintain alumni connections.
