“Spring of Love” in 2025 – Spring blooms in remote areas

Tet has come, spring has come, the bustling atmosphere of the traditional Tet holiday has also crept to the remote highlands of Da K’Nang commune, Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province. This year, the spring here is even warmer with the presence of more than 40 volunteer students from HUFLIT.
The 2025 “Spring of Love” program with the theme “Spring blooms in the remote areas” includes activities such as the Fundraising and Donation Desk; “Imprint” Talkshow; “Green Spring” Festival and “Spring blooms in the remote areas” activity – Gift giving program for students and households in difficult circumstances in Da K’Nang commune . Each smile lit up, each gift given is not only a material sharing, but also a warm fire, spreading the spirit of solidarity and love to households and children in difficult circumstances here.

With the enthusiastic support of teachers, sponsors, benefactors and a large number of students, the fundraising activities of HUFLIT Volunteer Club achieved unexpected results with more than 1,060 notebooks, 730 ballpoint pens, 350 pencils, 230 teddy bears, 150 cartons of milk, 370 story books, along with hundreds of learning tools such as erasers, rulers, pencil boxes, helping the children’s school trip become more complete and meaningful than ever. The Club handed over 200 gifts to disadvantaged students, 100 gifts to disadvantaged households and 01 “Nurturing the Future” bookshelf.

Spring of Love 2025 also received the participation of male singer Chi Thien, an artist who is not only talented but also very enthusiastic about social activities. As “Outstanding Young Citizen of Ho Chi Minh City in 2018”, he brought to the talk show “Impressions” inspirational stories about his volunteer journey, inspiring HUFLIT students to participate. The talk show is not only an opportunity for students to better understand the meaning of volunteering but also a source of motivation to encourage them to actively participate in community activities.

In addition, on December 24, 2024, within the framework of the “Spring of Love” Program in 2025 , the “Green Spring” Festival also took place with the enthusiastic participation of more than 300 HUFLIT students at Hall B, Su Van Hanh campus (HUFLIT). The activity was organized to raise awareness of environmental protection, especially the issue of handling damaged batteries that are harmful to the environment, while at the same time arousing love for nature in the HUFLIT student community. Thereby, together we can join hands to build a green – clean – beautiful society.

Closing the “Spring of Love” Program in 2025 , on January 4 and 5, 2025, HUFLIT Volunteer Club had a trip to Da K’Nang commune, Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province to organize the activity “Spring blooms in remote areas” . The program, on behalf of teachers, donors, sponsors and HUFLIT students, gave love to the people and children in difficult circumstances at Lang To Primary School (Da K’Nang commune, Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province). Looking at the innocent smiles of children when receiving gifts, their lips suddenly drew a satisfied curve. There are things that only when we see and experience them with our own eyes can we understand that happiness is not far away but starts from the smallest things.
Extremely meaningful gifts were given directly to ethnic minority households in especially difficult circumstances.

The children were extremely excited to participate in fun activities.
After winning 1 of the games, children will receive 1 free food voucher at the food stall.
And then when the bright spring sunshine closes this journey, each heart carries with it infinite happiness and gratitude. Because somewhere among the distant high mountains, innocent eyes and clear smiles are still the motivation for us to continue the journey of spreading love. Spring has come, let’s continue to write beautiful stories with HUFLIT Volunteer Club, so that love will bloom forever on every road.
