Understanding More About the Economic Law Training Programme

The training programme objectives (POs) include: the general objective and specific objectives

• The general objective of the programme is to train Law bachelors with political qualities, professional ethics, basic knowledge of economics, politics and society, in-depth knowledge of law; with legal thinking; with basic professional skills to be able to research and implement law at state agencies, public service units, social organisations and economic organisations; with the ability to think independently and self-supplement study knowledge at a higher level; with the ability to apply the provisions of law in practice and with foreign-language knowledge (English) to be able to work in an environment that regularly uses English or to independently practise a law-related profession.
• The specific objectives set out must be achieved in terms of knowledge, skills, autonomy capacity and responsibility.

For the specific objectives, students meet the following criteria

On Knowledge:

PO1: Have basic knowledge of technology, politics, law, economics and social sciences and humanities for explaining and analysing issues in work and life.PO2: Have foundational-field and specialised economic-law knowledge and supporting knowledge for the Economic Law field.

On Skills:

PO3: Help learners develop cognitive skills, professional practice skills and the necessary communication and conduct skills in the economic-law field to perform professional tasks commensurate with the career position.

On Autonomy capacity and responsibility:PO4: Train the capacity to work independently and in teams under changing working conditions, taking personal responsibility and responsibility with the team in guiding, propagating and disseminating knowledge in the economic-law field and supervising others in performing tasks.PO5: Help learners build a sense of responsibility towards the individual, the community, a sense of serving the country and professional ethics.

On Knowledge:

PLO1: Have basic knowledge of technology, foreign languages, politics, law, economics and social sciences and humanities for explaining and analysing issues in work and life.PLO2: Apply knowledge in the foundational-field and specialised economic-law areas suited to the Economic Law field.PLO3: Apply knowledge in the areas supporting the Economic Law field in applying and resolving professional problems.

On Skills:PLO4: Have skills to perceive and resolve professional problems in the law field in general and economic law in particular.PLO5: Have skills in practising, advising, negotiating, mediating and representing to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in the field of business and commercial law and the field of international commercial law.

On Autonomy capacity and responsibility:PLO6: Have the capacity to work independently and in teams, have the capacity to organise the performance of work and to learn and develop oneself.PLO7: Have a sense of responsibility, professional ethics and a sense of contribution to the community and building the country.
