Tote Bag Painting Workshop “Paintbrush Dance” – A Colorful Creative Space With Artist Lê Bảo Châu
The “Paintbrush Dance” tote bag painting workshop, organized by DREAMERS, a student group from the Faculty of International Relations at HUFLIT, was successfully held on November 4, 2024, in the 1st-floor seminar room at the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus of HUFLIT. The event drew enthusiastic participation from HUFLIT students, creating a vibrant and inspiring artistic space.
With the goal of providing an engaging and meaningful artistic playground, the “Paintbrush Dance” workshop offered students the opportunity to express their creativity and individuality by designing and creating their very own “one-of-a-kind” tote bags. Beyond being a place for relaxation and entertainment after intense study hours, the program also served as a platform for students to meet and connect with others who share a passion for art.
Accompanying the program was artist Lê Bảo Châu, a young and talented figure in the field of art. She graduated in Interior Design from Ton Duc Thang University and is currently a lecturer at Digiart Academy. With impressive achievements such as second place in a university-level scientific research competition and being in the Top 10 Interior Design Students in Vietnam in 2023, Bảo Châu is also known for her fan page “Paint with Chao,” which boasts over 17,000 likes and 19,000 followers.
The “Paintbrush Dance” workshop was more than just a painting class; it was a space for interaction and connection among art enthusiasts. Throughout the program, students not only learned basic painting techniques and received guidance on using professional art tools from guest speaker Bảo Châu but also had the chance to directly practice and create unique designs on their tote bags. The workshop was made even more exciting with a competition where the top three best designs were selected by Bảo Châu and awarded special prizes, adding an extra layer of enthusiasm and vibrancy to the event.
At the end of the “Paintbrush Dance” workshop, DREAMERS hoped that students left not only with unique tote bags designed by their own hands but also with valuable artistic knowledge and skills. This was truly a memorable experience and an excellent opportunity for HUFLIT students to showcase their creativity.
