NOTICE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING CLASSES AND EXAMS AT HOC MON CAMPUS

Pursuant to the class schedule during the reserved week and the final exam schedule of the third semester of the academic year 2024–2025,

NOTICE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING CLASSES AND EXAMS AT HOC MON CAMPUS

  1. Plan for organizing reserve vehicles for the week
  2. Plan for organizing exam vehicles for the week
  3. Plan for organizing vehicles for the third semester of the 2024-2025 school year

Specifically:

  1. During the Make-up Week, from March 31, 2025 to April 5, 2025, apart from a few oral examination classes of the Faculty of Information Technology, only a limited number of classes will continue to take place.
    To ensure the efficient operation of the student shuttle bus service and in accordance with the transportation survey results at the beginning of Semester II (Academic Year 2024–2025), the student shuttle bus service will be temporarily suspended on the Phu Tho, Van Thanh, and Gia Dinh routes during this period.

The shuttle bus service will be maintained only on the Le Thi Rieng route from March 31, 2025 to April 5, 2025, with the following schedule:

– Morning trip to Hoc Mon Campus: Departure at 06:25 AM

– Midday trip to Hoc Mon Campus: Departure at 11:30 AM

– Midday return trip from Hoc Mon Campus: Departure at 12:10 PM

– Afternoon return trips from Hoc Mon Campus:

+ Trip 1: Departure at 04:35 PM

+ Trip 2: Departure at 06:10 PM

  1. For the examination weeks from April 7, 2025 to April 26, 2025:
    Students who wish to use the University’s shuttle bus service to attend the Semester II (2024–2025) examinations at Hoc Mon Campus are kindly requested to register using their university email via the link below (registration period: from the date of this announcement until April 2, 2025): https://forms.office.com/r/gPgn2NPNU9
  2. Students who wish to register for the University’s shuttle bus service to attend Semester III (2024–2025) at Hoc Mon Campus are kindly requested to register using their university email via the link below (registration period: from April 5, 2025 to April 26, 2025): https://forms.office.com/r/J8YFeZ0tjE
