Notice on the organization of the 2nd Graduation Ceremony in 2024
Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology announces to all students who have been recognized for graduation in the second batch of 2024 as follows:
1. Time and Location of Graduation Ceremony:
– Time: Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Morning: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Economics and Finance)
Afternoon: 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Faculty of Foreign Languages and Culture, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Faculty of Law, Faculty of International Relations and Communication)
– Location: Hoa Binh Theater , 240 3/2 Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC .
2. Graduation fee (attending the ceremony or not): 600,000 VND/student.
3. Time and procedure for receiving diploma and receiving ceremonial attire for the ceremony:
3.1. Time: October 14 and 15, 2024 (morning: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., afternoon: 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
3. 2. Procedures for receiving diploma:
3.2.1. Form of fee payment:
Students pay fees through the payment gateway and follow these steps:
– Step 1 : Students access the page : https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit and enter the student code in the “Student code” box, then click “search” to query the graduation fee .
– Step 2 : Select the Icon of the unit connected to the School payment gateway .
– If you choose VNPAY, click on

Select “Payment” => select the corresponding bank icon currently in use/pre-installed on the device then log in to complete the payment.
In case you cannot log in automatically, take a screenshot with the QR code, open the Banking application on your phone, select the QRPAY feature – insert the image you just took and proceed with authentication to complete the payment.
– If students choose the Icon of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development , click on Payment Code to create a payment code and use the payment code in the card to make payments at branches and transaction offices in the system of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
3.2.2. Sign the book and receive the diploma and invitation to the ceremony: at the Conference room, 1st floor, Area B, 828 Su Van Hanh, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City (please bring your ID card/CCCD for verification).
Students please look up the serial number information for signing the diploma book in advance at the link: https://tracuu.huflit.edu.vn/ .
3.3. Receive ceremonial attire:
– Receive the uniform at the Conference Room, 1st floor, Area B, 828 Su Van Hanh, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. The deposit for the uniform is 300,000 VND/set (students will receive this amount back when returning the uniform).
– Students must return their gowns to the School’s gown collection department at the Hoa Binh Theater within 1 hour after the Graduation Ceremony. After this deadline, the School will not accept the gowns and students will lose the 300,000 VND deposit they made for the gowns.
- Some other important notes:
4.1. Invitation letter for parents:
– The school will send invitations to the ceremony at Hoa Binh Theater to all parents of students in this graduation session.
– Students will receive an invitation letter when completing the diploma procedures.
– The invitation is only for 01 person to enter the Hoa Binh Theater Hall to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
4.2. Some other notes
– Students who have completed the procedures to receive their diplomas must be present at the Hoa Binh Theater Hall on October 16, 2024 (Morning: exactly 7:00 AM; Afternoon: exactly 1:00 PM) to attend the Graduation Ceremony (must bring an invitation letter). After this time, students will not be allowed to enter the Hall.
– Students return their ceremonial gowns after the ceremony (at Hoa Binh Theater).
– The school encourages students and parents to use public transport and technology vehicles for convenient travel and to avoid traffic jams.
– The school has arranged for someone to take souvenir photos of each student during the graduation ceremony. Family members of students are not allowed on stage to take photos.
– The Graduation Ceremony will be Livestreamed on the School’s Fanpage and Youtube channel.
Students must wear formal attire when entering the hall to attend the ceremony.
– Students and parents must take care of their personal belongings and property when attending the ceremony.
– Students who have not received their diplomas on October 14 and 15, 2024, please receive your diplomas at the University Training Department from October 17, 2024 .
– In case of authorizing another person to receive on their behalf, students are required to complete the authorization procedure according to the law. The authorized person must bring:
(1) Power of attorney (with full signatures of the authorizer and the authorized person, certified by the People’s Committee of the commune/ward or notary office);
(2) Notarized copies of ID cards/CCCDs of the authorizing person and authorized person;
(3) ID card/CCCD of the authorized person;
(4) Commitment form (receive at University Training Department)./.
