I. COLLECTION LEVEL
1. 2nd and 3rd year students (class of 2023 and 2022)
- Health insurance premium: 12-month insurance 884,520 VND , valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 .
- Social insurance fee: 30,000 VND for 12-month insurance, valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 .
- Students who need to change the initial medical examination and treatment hospital of Health Insurance, please access the link: https://forms.office.com/r/bjPXjf8TXz from November 25 , 2024 to December 20 , 2024 .
- The list of registered Hospitals is updated on the School’s Website during the above period.
- In case students already have a health insurance card at their household, family member, policy family, business, etc. according to State regulations, access the link: https://forms.office.com/r/fU2ewskaWF to complete the registration procedures not to participate in health insurance at the School, the registration period is from the date of this announcement until the end of December 4 , 2024 .
2. 4th year students (class of 2021)
- The student’s graduation date is January 2025, so the student will not purchase health insurance at the school in 2025.
- Students proactively buy health insurance cards locally, to promptly see a doctor when needed.
- In case students cannot buy health insurance cards locally, they need the school to support them to buy at the school, contact the Health Department (Van Hanh campus) to register for fees and pay. Time from October 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024 .
II. TIME FOR COLLECTING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE AND HEALTH INSURANCE FEES
- For 2nd and 3rd year students: From October 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024.
Note : After the deadline for paying health insurance, students who do not pay (for students who do not have a health insurance card elsewhere) and do not register for the link to not participate in health insurance at the School (for students who already have a card) will have their training points deducted during the school year.
