Notice of online participation schedule for “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year for new students, Class 2024 (K30)

Pursuant to Plan No. 46/KH-DNT, dated June 28, 2024 on organizing “Citizen – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year.

Pursuant to Notice No. 71/TB-ĐNT, dated August 13, 2024 on the implementation of “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year for new students – Course 2024 (K30).

The school announces the schedule for participating in the “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year in online form for new students – Class 2024 (K30), specifically as follows:

1. Participants – Form of activities – Time of activities

  • Participants:  Freshmen of class 2024 (K30).
  • Form of activity:  Online on Moodle system (courses.huflit.edu.vn)
  • Time of activity:
    • Phase 1:  From 09:00 on  October 21, 2024  to 23:59 on  October 27, 2024  for the faculties of  Foreign Languages ​​and Law.
    • Phase 2:  From 09:00 on  October 28, 2024  to 23:59 on  November 3, 2024  for the following faculties:  International Relations and Communication ;  Information Technology  and Tourism – Hospitality.
    • Phase 3:  From 09:00 on  November 4, 2024  to 23:59 on  November 10, 2024  for the following faculties:  Oriental Languages ​​and Cultures ;  Business Administration and Economics – Finance.

2. Regulations in civic life

  • New students participate in online activities  according to the announced time  . The organizing committee will lock the class after the specified time.
  • New students carry out activities according to the instructions of the class organizing committee  (detailed instructions will be announced later).
  • New students of the 2024 Class (K30) are assessed to have completed  the “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year when they participate in activities and complete assignments with a total score of  80 points or more , specifically:
    • Participate in online seminars, self-study documents and take attendance:  20 points.
    • Take the online topic quiz  (30 questions/20 minutes) :  30 points.
    • Participate in direct activities  (roll call at the beginning and end of class) :  30 points.
    • Take the live topic quiz  (20 questions/15 minutes)  :  20 points.

3. Students with a “Fail” result must retake the test.

After the activities end and the results are announced, the Student Affairs Department will re-examine and re-evaluate students who have “Failed” results in the Citizenship and Student Activities Week of the 2024-2025 school year. They will re-participate in the activities online via the Moodle system.

We request that the Faculties fully and promptly inform the new students of this notice; relevant units and new students of the 2024 Course (K30) strictly implement it so that the Citizen – Student Activity Week for the 2024 – 2025 school year will be of high quality and effectiveness./.
