ANNOUNCEMENT ON ADMISSION TIME AND PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS K30 SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025.

Candidates admitted to Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages ​​and Information Technology (HUFLIT) for the 2024-2025 school year will complete the admission procedures directly at the School (according to the Admission Notice sent via email and the registration account).

Admission time: August 19 – August 22, 2024 (Morning from 7:30 to 12:00; Afternoon from 1:00 to 4:30)

Location: 828 Su Van Hanh, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Successful candidates register for direct admission within the prescribed time, following these steps:

1. Receive Admission Letter and Admission Instructions ( https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/public/tracuutuyensinh/ ).

2. Pay tuition, fees, and insurance fees by choosing a payment gateway or transferring money to the school’s account with the exact amount stated in the Admission Notice at least 24 hours before coming to complete the admission procedures.

3. Declare student personal information online before the admission procedure date at https://nhaphoc.huflit.edu.vn/ . Login information is provided in the admission letter. Please use a computer to declare personal information (do not use a phone).

4. Prepare a student resume form according to the form (a paper copy certified by the local government, download the form at https://tinyurl.com/SYLLmauHUFLIT ). Students can print this form after completing Step 3 without having to re-enter the information.

5. Receive the Admission Procedure Form, receive the Admission Notice (paper copy), submit the Admission Application directly at the school and receive the “SHCD-SV” Week schedule 2024 – 2025.

6. Take a photo for student ID card.

7. Student amenities (HUFLIT backpack and student ID card strap).
