- Deadline for paying tuition fees for semester 2:
- For students of Class 2023 and earlier : from November 22 , 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on December 23, 2024 .
- For students of class 2024 : from December 16, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. January 16, 2025 .
Students are requested to pay tuition fees within the notified deadline. Students who do not fulfill their tuition payment obligations or do not pay tuition fees on time will be: given academic warning, not allowed to take final exams, write their thesis, not be introduced to internships and not have their relevant documents and records certified; and depending on the severity, they may be forced to stop studying or drop out of school according to regulations.
- Tuition payment method:
2.1 Pay tuition fees through the School’s payment gateway:
Apply the tuition payment method through the School’s payment portal according to the following steps
Step 1 : Students go to the “ Student Finance ” folder in each student’s portal, select “ Pay tuition” , or
Go to the page : https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit and enter the student code in the “Student code” box, then click “search” to query the tuition fee .
Step 2 : Select the Icon of the unit connected to the School payment gateway .
- If you choose VNPAY , click on Select ” Payment ” => select the corresponding bank icon in use/pre-installed on the device, then log in to complete the payment.
In case you cannot log in automatically, take a screenshot with the QR code , open the Banking application on your phone, select the QRPAY feature – insert the image you just took and proceed with authentication to complete the payment .
- If students choose the Icon of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development , click on Payment Code to create a payment code and use the payment code in the card to make payments at branches and transaction offices in the system of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
2.2 Pay tuition fees in cash at branches and transaction offices of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) system:
Students come to the Branches or Transaction Offices of Agribank system to request to pay tuition fees to Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) via the cash payment gateway and make transactions according to Agribank’s instructions.
(After completing payment according to the instructions in section 2.1 or 2.2 above, the student account will be cleared immediately. Students can check immediately at the website https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/ ) .
- Form of tuition invoice issuance for students:
After students pay through the School’s payment portal, within 5-7 days, students log in to their email account provided by HUFLIT (Student code@st.huflit.edu.vn) or visit the website https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/ to receive an electronic invoice from the Planning and Finance Department. If after the above time, the student has not received an electronic invoice via email, the student must immediately contact the Planning and Finance Department to check and compare.
Time for checking and comparing is within 15 days from the date the student pays tuition.
- Tuition extension for semester 2:
For students from policy families, students with especially difficult circumstances who cannot pay tuition on time, or cannot pay full tuition as prescribed, students are requested to carry out procedures to request an extension of tuition payment time:
– Step 1: Download the application for tuition fee extension according to the form posted on the School website. ( https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/News/Detail/3318/Mau-don-Gia-han-dong-hoc-phi-sinh-vien )
– Step 2: Fill in all information according to the form
– Step 3: Submit completed application to the Faculty office from the date of announcement until 16:00 on December 6, 2024 (for the 2023 course and earlier) and 16:00 on January 3, 2025 (for the 2024 course). The Faculties will compile and send it to the Office of Politics – Student Affairs before December 12, 2024 (for the 2023 course and earlier) and January 9, 2025 (for the 2024 course). The time for completing tuition fees of students is allowed to be extended up to 17:00 on February 17, 2025 for all courses.
Note: A valid application for tuition fee extension must have the applicant’s signature and local confirmation (including signature and round stamp, red ink). Students can follow the results of the tuition fee extension review posted on the School’s website.
Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology requests relevant units, individuals and students to strictly implement this notice.
