Announcement on the Student Exchange Program at Saint Joseph University, Macau (China), Fall Semester 2025

1.Eligibility Criteria: (see detailed information in the attached Program Information page)

  • Currently a HUFLIT student in the 2nd year or higher.

  • Cumulative GPA at least at an average level.

  • Language proficiency:

    • English at B2 level or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

2. Registration Period, Location, and Submission Method:

Students register to participate Students must register online to participate in the program tại đây. After completing the online registration, students should contact their Faculty to inform them that they have successfully registered for the program. Before 16:30 on May 5, 2025.
The faculty will select and nominate suitable students to participate in the program by sending a scanned file of the nomination list (with confirmation from the Faculty Leadership) to the Student Exchange Unit, Office of International Relations, via email. Sending email:

The list should include: full name, student ID, personal email, phone number, passport number (if available), and the date the student registered for the exchange program.		 Before 16:30, May 7, 2025.
Students submit their application dossiers. After being notified by their Faculty of successful selection, the Office of External Relations will contact the partner university to nominate the student The partner university will then contact the student via email to provide guidance on the required online application documents and to announce the submission deadline.
