Announcement of student exchange program at Kobe International University, Japan Fall semester 2025

The Foreign Affairs Department announces the selection of students to participate in the exchange program from 01 to 02 semesters (students are exempted from tuition fees at the Partner School, have the opportunity to experience the learning environment abroad and transfer credits of equivalent subjects) at Kobe International University, Japan, Fall semester 2025 with the following information:
1. Admission requirements: (see details in section 3 “Attached program information”)
- Currently a 3rd year HUFLIT student majoring in Japanese Language or Japanese Studies.
- Language requirements: To facilitate studying in Japan, the program is suitable for students with Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N3 or higher.
2. Time, location, method of registration and submission of application:

| The Faculty selects and nominates suitable students to participate in the program by sending a scanned file of the nomination list (with confirmation from the Faculty Leader) to the email of the Student Exchange Department, Foreign Affairs Department | Send to email: exchange@huflit.edu.vn The list includes: full name, student ID number, personal email, phone number, passport number (if any) and time the student registered for exchange study. |
