Announcement on the Student Exchange Program at Pai Chai University, South Korea, Fall Semester 2025

The Office of External Affairs announces the selection of students to participate in a one- or two-semester student exchange program (tuition-free at the partner university, with the opportunity to experience studying abroad and transfer equivalent course credits) at Pai Chai University, South Korea, Fall Semester 2025, with the following details:

1. Eligibility Criteria: (see details in Section 3 “Attached Program Information”)

  • Currently a HUFLIT student in the 3rd year or above (for Korean Studies students) or 2nd year or above (for other majors). Note: the program is more suitable for Korean Studies or Korean Language students than those from other majors, as they have a higher chance of transferring credits after completing the program at PCU.

  • Cumulative GPA: at least average.

  • Language requirements:

    • Students with Korean language proficiency from TOPIK level 0 to level 2, or equivalent, will be placed in Korean language classes.

    • Students with TOPIK level 3 or higher, or equivalent, can enrol in undergraduate-level courses.

Students register to participate

 Students register online to participate in the program tại đây. After registering, students must contact their Faculty to inform them that they have completed the online registration. Before 16:30 on May 9, 2025.
The Faculty will select and nominate suitable students to participate in the program by sending a scanned file of the nomination list (endorsed by the Faculty Leadership) to the Student Exchange Department, Office of External Relations, via email. Send to email:

The list should include: full name, student ID, personal email, phone number, passport number (if any), and the semester the student registers for the exchange program.		 Before 16:30, May 27, 2025. Nomination list template:  tại đây

Students must submit their application dossiers.

 The Office of International Relations will contact students to guide them on submitting their application online to the partner university. The application must be completed and sent to the partner university. Complete the online application form of the partner university before May 15, 2025. The application must be fully completed and submitted to the partner university by 16:30 on May 27, 2025.
