Pursuant to Official Note No. 463/SB/X/2019 dated October 21, 2019 of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT) respectfully announces the Community and Technological Camp Program (CommTECH Insight 2020) , specifically as follows:
– Number: unlimited
– Time : from January 29, 2020 to February 10, 2020
– Location: Surabaya City, Indonesia
– Host: Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya (ITS)
– Scholarship information:
The Organizing Committee will support delegates sent by HUFLIT to participate as follows:
+ 01 full scholarship worth 1,600 USD (100% exemption of participation fee);
+ 01 partial scholarship worth 800 USD (50% reduction of participation fee);
+ Partial sponsorship, 600 USD reduction (candidates pay 1,000 USD participation fee).
– Documents include :
+ Application form (according to the Organizing Committee’s form);
+ Nomination letter from Faculty/Department (in English);
+ Certificate of work/study at the School (English translation);
+ Passport scan.
Note: Candidates receiving partial scholarships and partial sponsorships will have to pay the full cost within the time specified by the Organizing Committee (stated in the Invitation Letter).
