Announcement on the Final Exam Schedule for Semester 3 (Make-up) – Academic Year 2024–2025 For computer-based courses affected by technical issues (held on August 7 and 8, 2025, at the Hoc Mon Campus)

The final exams for Semester 3 of the 2024–2025 academic year, which were interrupted due to technical issues in computer labs at the Hoc Mon campus on August 7 and 8, 2025, will be rescheduled and held on September 28, 2025 (Sunday) and October 5, 2025 (Sunday) at the Su Van Hanh campus, as detailed below:

  • Students are requested to check their exam schedules through their personal accounts (select Semester 3 – Academic Year 2024–2025).

NỘI QUY PHÒNG THI TRẮC NGHIỆM TRÊN MÁY VI TÍNH (Decision No. 834/QĐ-ĐNT on the promulgation of the Regulations on Computer-Based Multiple-Choice Examination Rooms at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), signed by the Rector on July 5, 2023).

Notes:

  • Students taking exams on the Moodle system must ensure that their personal accounts are ready before the exam date. In case of forgotten passwords, please contact the Center for Information Technology and Data to have them reset.

  • Students must arrive at the exam room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late after the start time will not be allowed to take the exam.

  • Students are advised to regularly check their personal exam schedules throughout the examination period to avoid missing exams, going to the wrong campus, or overlooking any schedule changes (if any).

  • For any inquiries about the exam schedule, please visit the Office of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance (1st floor, Block B, Sư Vạn Hạnh campus) for assistance, no later than September 23, 2025.

Students are requested to review all related documents carefully and strictly comply with the examination regulations.
