For every Vietnamese citizen, President Ho Chi Minh is the beloved leader of the nation; a shining example of revolutionary ethics, sacrifice, and dedication to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people. He is a proud symbol of the Vietnamese nation in front of international friends.
For international friends, Ho Chi Minh is a talented, revered communist leader; a beautiful symbol of genuine patriotism combined harmoniously with international proletarianism. Ho Chi Minh’s culture is the crystallization of the essence of the national and human culture. Ho Chi Minh’s cultural values, the lessons in ethics, lifestyle, learning and working, and the great ideas of the President are invaluable spiritual assets of the nation.
Realizing the importance of building a cultural space model of President Ho Chi Minh to honor and take pride in his cultural values, the Party Committee of HUFLIT Faculty of Law has been concerned and desires to promote the dissemination of this Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space to the local people and nationwide. The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space is where materials, images, and works about President Ho Chi Minh, his background and revolutionary career are displayed; some images of President Ho Chi Minh and some works related to his life, career for people to learn about the life and career of Uncle Ho, the typical cultural features of the city named after him.
With the guidance of the Party Committee of HCMC University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology, and the agreement of Ward 8 Youth Union, the Party Committee of HUFLIT Faculty of Law successfully coordinated to organize the journey to visit the “Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space Museum” at the “Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in Ward 8” hall.
Attending this model, the Party Committee of HUFLIT Faculty of Law is honored to have the presence of Comrade Nguyen Khac Quoc Huy – Secretary of Ward 8 Youth Union, Comrade Bui Kim Hieu – Secretary of the Party Branch, Head of HUFLIT Faculty of Law, and other comrades who are Party members within the Party Branch.
In this activity, the young members and youth of Ward 8 have visited and been introduced to the background and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. They experienced and interacted with the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space exhibition on the digital museum application. They also participated in a democratic flower-picking contest to answer questions about Uncle Ho.
Comrade Bui Kim Hieu – Secretary of the Party Branch of the Faculty of Law – said that this is a practical, intimate, and accessible activity for everyone to understand more about the life, revolutionary career, and the admirable example of wholeheartedly serving the country and people of the great leader. The youth can directly interact with this digital model to visit, learn, and experience and understand more about President Ho Chi Minh. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.
After visiting the “Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space Museum in Ward 8”, student Tran Le Truc Anh shared that after experiencing this digital model, she truly understood each piece of Uncle Ho’s works, stories, poems, and songs that were easily understandable and close.
Student Nguyen Phi Hung, class 10A3, shared that previously, when mentioning the ideology, life, and background of President Ho Chi Minh, he thought they were something profound and difficult to approach. However, after participating in this journey, he was able to approach and deeply understand what he had learned in books.
In addition to visiting the digital museum, the students also participated in small games related to President Ho Chi Minh and received practical gifts. Through the activities, the Party Committee of HUFLIT Faculty of Law helped the youth to have a better understanding of the life and revolutionary career of Uncle Ho, to understand the immense love that he has for the younger generations, and to learn about his ideals, ethics, and noble style. This is also the spirit that the Party Committee of HUFLIT Faculty of Law wants to spread positively, bringing the cultural values of Ho Chi Minh closer to the local children and youth.
