Interview without any problems or hesitation with the talk show “From Candidate To Employee”
The wave of layoffs in early 2025 has been extremely strong, which has posed many challenges for the younger generation. So what will employers look for in the next employee? All have been answered in the talk show “From Candidate To Employee”.
The talkshow “From Candidate To Employee” was conceived and organized by the Peony student group (from HUFLIT Faculty of International Relations & Communication), bringing HUFLITers a genuine perspective from a real human resources (HR) specialist. Through direct and practical sharing, the program helps “future employees” understand the process and requirements of employers. From there, they can improve their capacity and gain experience while still in school, to win a ticket to enter the labor market.
With 22 years of experience in the field of Training and Human Resources Management, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang – Deputy Director of Human Resources & Administration at Nelo Architecture & Interior Design Joint Stock Company – the main speaker of the program brought extremely practical and inspirational shares about the journey to conquer employers.
With an engaging presentation style, the speaker shared a series of valuable real-life stories revolving around the recruitment process – from CV screening, interviews to the decisive factors that help candidates score points and get closer to their dream position amid the increasingly fierce wave of “personnel cleansing”.
The atmosphere of the exchange session became more exciting than ever when many questions were raised about the requirements from employers and stories in the workplace. The speaker did not hesitate to answer all questions and gave the students valuable advice to help them understand the psychology of employers, thereby being ready to seize opportunities and assert themselves on their career journey.
The Organizing Committee hopes that the Talkshow has helped you equip yourself with a solid knowledge base and confidence in choosing your future career path. “The end” but not really the end, when the first journey officially ended with a heart full of dreams, looking forward to the next opportunity through useful sharing from the speaker.
