Notice on the Organisation of the Phase 1 Graduation Ceremony 2026

Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology notifies all students who have been considered and recognised for graduation in phase 1 of 2026 as follows:

1. Time – Venue of the Graduation Ceremony

Time: 06, 07, 09, 10/4/2026 and the morning of 11/4/2026: according to the list of new bachelors who have registered.

– Venue: The Hall of the Hoc Mon campus, No. 806 Le Quang Dao, Hoc Mon commune, Ho Chi Minh City. 

2. Graduation fee: 600,000 VND/student.

3. The time and procedure sequence for receiving the degree and receiving the ceremonial gown to attend the ceremony

3.1. Time: 30, 31/3 – 01, 02, 03, 06-09/4/2026 (morning: 08h00 – 11h30, afternoon: 13h30 to 16h00). For thorough organisation, students please look up the time and sequence number for receiving the degree at https://tracuu.huflit.edu.vn/tracuutotnghiep/

3.2. The procedure sequence for receiving the degree

3.2.1. Fee payment method

Students pay the fee through the payment portal and follow the steps below:

– Step 1: Students access the page: https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit and enter the student ID in the “Student ID” box, then press “search” to query the graduation fee.

– Step 2: Choose the Icon of the unit connected to the School’s payment portal.

a/ If choosing the QRPay Icon: Choose “Payment” => take a screenshot with the QR code, open the Bank app on the phone – insert the image just taken and proceed to authenticate to complete the payment. or,

Students can also choose to pay by cash at any bank in Vietnam by clicking on “Payment slip”, the screen will show the information for payment (information next to the generated QR code). In which, the payment information is as follows:

Account number and amount: the account number and amount on the payment slip

Receiving bank: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development

Content: write according to the content named on the payment slip  

b/ If choosing VNPAY: Choose “Payment” => choose the corresponding bank icon in use/pre-installed on the device then log in to complete the payment.

In case automatic login is not possible, take a screenshot with the QR code, open the Bank app on the phone, choose the QRPAY feature – insert the image just taken and proceed to authenticate to complete the payment.

c/ If the student chooses the Icon of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, click on Payment Code to create a payment code and use the payment code in the card to make the payment at branches and transaction offices of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development system.

3.2.2. Signing the register and receiving the graduation degree and the ceremony invitation: at the Seminar room, 1st floor, Block B, No. 828 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (please bring your Citizen ID for verification).

3.3. Receiving the ceremonial gown to attend the ceremony

– Students receive the ceremonial gown at the Seminar room, 1st floor, Block B, No. 828 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The gown deposit is 300,000 VND/set (deposit method: cash, the collection department will not accept bank transfers); this amount will be transferred to a bank account after the student returns the gown. Students please use the student email account to fill in the account-number registration form at the link: https://forms.office.com/r/24gin1cU7c(Note: Students ensure that the recipient’s name and account number must be of the same person ).

– Students return the ceremonial gown to the School’s gown-collection department right at the Hall of the Hoc Mon campus within 1 hour after the end of the Graduation Ceremony. Past this deadline, the School will not take back the gown and the student will lose the 300,000 VND deposited for the gown.

– Students attending the ceremony on 06, 07/4/2026 receive the gown when doing the graduation-degree procedure.

– Students attending the ceremony on 09/4/2026 receive the gown on 08/4/2026.

– Students attending the ceremony on 10-11/4/2026 receive the gown on 09/4/2026.

4. Some other important notes

4.1. Ceremony invitation for parents

  • The School will send a ceremony invitation to the Hall for all parents of students in this graduation phase (The invitation is for 1 person only).
  • The School will send 02 entry tickets to the Graduation Ceremony for the relatives of students in this graduation phase when the student receives the gown.
  • Relatives attending the event (NOT ENTERING THE HALL) will be arranged by the School to sit and watch via screen in the function rooms on the 12th floor, Block A, Hoc Mon campus.
  • Students will receive the invitation and invitation tickets when coming to do the degree-receiving procedure.

4.2. Some other notes

  • Students who have done the degree-receiving procedure be present at the Hall of the Hoc Mon campus before 07h00 and before 12h45 on the ceremony day to attend (must bring the ceremony invitation). After this time students are not allowed to enter the Hall.
  • Students return the gown after the end of the ceremony (at the Hall of the Hoc Mon campus).
  • The School encourages students and parents to use public transport and ride-hailing vehicles for convenient travel, avoiding traffic congestion.
  • The School has arranged a photographer to take souvenir photos for each student during the graduation-degree award ceremony. Students’ family members do not go on stage to take photos.
  • The Graduation Ceremony programme will be Livestreamed on the School’s Fanpage and Youtube channel.
  • Students wear polite attire and must wear the ceremonial gown when entering the hall to attend the ceremony.
  • Students and parents keep their own belongings and personal property when attending the ceremony.
  • Students who have not received their graduation degree on the degree-receiving procedure day please receive the graduation degree at the University Training Office, Su Van Hanh campus, from 13/4/2026.
  • In case of authorising another person to receive it on their behalf (please contact from 13/4/2026), students are requested to carry out the authorisation procedure as regulated by law. The authorised person needs to bring:

(1) The authorisation letter (with full signatures of the authoriser and the authorised person, confirmed by the commune/ward People’s Committee or a notary office);

(2) A notarised copy of the authoriser’s Citizen ID;

(3) A notarised copy of the authorised person’s Citizen ID

(4) A commitment form according to the template (received at the University Training Office).

The School requests the assigned units, individuals and graduating students to seriously implement the above content so that the organisation takes place on schedule and achieves good results./.
