NOTICE INVITING BIDS

1. The investor, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology, has a need to carry out the renovation and upgrading of some items at the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus and the Hóc Môn campus, specifically as follows:

1.1 At the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus: 828 Sư Vạn Hạnh, Hòa Hưng ward, Ho Chi Minh City

1.1.1 Item: Redrawing the electrical system design drawing for the entire Sư Vạn Hạnh campus.

1.2 At the Hóc Môn campus: 806 Lê Quang Đạo, Hóc Môn commune, Ho Chi Minh City

1.2.1 Item: Renovation of the cooling system in the Conference Room and the Hall.

1.2.2 Item: Installing sliding glass doors in the Hall.

1.2.3 Item: Inspection, current-status assessment and waterproofing treatment of the rooftop area and the building façade.

1.3 Common items at the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus and the Hóc Môn campus

1.3.1 Item: Installing safety nets.

2. Contractors with the capacity, experience and wish to participate in bidding for the above packages please register for a SURVEY in order to provide construction-plan consultancy and a construction quotation after the survey

3. Survey schedule:

+ At the Sư Vạn Hạnh campus, Friday, 26/6/2026 at 09:00

+ At the Hóc Môn campus, Friday, 26/6/2026 at 14:00

If more information is needed, units please discuss with the University’s personnel during the survey period. Outside the survey period, units send emails to discuss via the address and phone number introduced in Section (7). Official response information from the University’s personnel will also be sent to the units conducting the survey.

The registration period for the SURVEY at the above link is from the date the bid-invitation information is published until 16:00 Thursday 25/6/2026

4. The time for units to send consultancy and quotations: will be notified to the units conducting the survey, after the survey date.

5. After considering the capacity, consultancy content, quotation and related information, the University will select suitable contractors to interview about the construction work, at an appropriate time.

6. Units participating in the survey, consultancy and quotation will be notified of the contractor-selection result relating to their unit.
