Notice of the End-of-Course Module Exam Schedule for Semester II – Academic Year 2025-2026

Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology announces the end-of-course module exam schedule for Semester II (2025-2026) for students across the University (including students registered to retake failed subjects and approved to postpone exams), specifically as follows:

Students view the exam schedule in their personal account (portal).

 EXAMINATION ROOM RULES (Extracted from Decision 478/QĐ-ĐNT On organising the testing and assessment of students’ academic results at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology, signed by the Rector on 18/4/2022).

RULES FOR COMPUTER-BASED MULTIPLE-CHOICE EXAMINATION ROOMS (Decision 834/QĐ-ĐNT On promulgating the Rules for computer-based multiple-choice examination rooms at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology, signed by the Rector on 05/7/2023).

Note:

Students with an exam schedule for multiple subjects at multiple campuses in the same exam session (morning or afternoon) please contact the Department of Testing – Education Quality Assurance for guidance.

• Students with a clash in the schedule of oral-exam subjects of the Faculty of IT please contact the Faculty of IT Office (2nd floor, block A, Sư Vạn Hạnh campus) for guidance.
• Students approved to postpone exams in previous semesters please see the list of exam subjects in this exam session. If the subject approved for postponement is in the above list, students contact the Department of Testing – Education Quality Assurance to be added from now until the end of 06/4/2026:(here)
• Students must be present at the exam room at least 15 minutes before the exam room (including oral-exam subjects).
• Students should regularly review their personal exam schedule throughout the exam-organisation period, to avoid forgetting the exam schedule, mistaking the exam campus or any schedule changes (if any).
• Note: exam rooms with the symbol PHT (Conference Room – 1st floor, block B, Sư Vạn Hạnh campus) and HA-HĐT (Exam Council Room – Hóc Môn campus, M floor).

For any questions about the exam schedule, students please contact the Department of Testing – Education Quality Assurance (1st floor, Block B, Sư Vạn Hạnh campus) for guidance from now until the end of 06/4/2026 (after this time, no complaints will be resolved). Students please read the related documents and seriously implement them throughout the exam period.
