The Faculty of Foreign Languages at HUFLIT “Ignites” the Teaching Profession for Major StudentsRecently, the Faculty of Foreign Languages organized the first professional skills seminar for students in the 2025–2026 academic year under the theme “From the Classroom to the Teaching Podium.” The program was not only a career-sharing session but also opened a profound narrative about the educational journey—exploring choices, commitment, and sustaining passion for the teaching profession in the context of modern education.
“LAW DAY” 2024 – A SERIES OF INTERESTING LEGAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES EXCLUSIVELY FOR HUFLIT STUDENTS
In response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9), the Law Faculty Union organized a series of activities “Law Festival – LAW DAY” in 2024 to propagate and educate legal awareness, attracting a large number of HUFLIT union members and students to participate.
“LAW DAY” 2024 has the theme “SCHOOL VIOLENCE” with the desire to equip union members and students of the School with knowledge about school violence, bring new approaches and improve legal knowledge to proactively protect themselves and those around them from school violence. The program includes 04 activities: Online mini-game series “Legal Quiz”, “School Violence” Exhibition, “Colors of Law” Propaganda Painting Contest, “Justice Lecture Hall” Program.
The series of online mini games “Legal Quiz” was held online on the community page “Law Festival – HUFLIT” attracting more than 4,200 students to participate. The mini games revolving around the topic “School Violence” were both interesting and challenging, helping union members and students gain more useful knowledge.
Following the mini-game series, the “School Violence” Exhibition was held at Hall B, Su Van Hanh Campus (HUFLIT). A large number of HUFLIT members and students came to visit and learn more about propaganda products related to school violence. This activity not only aims to raise awareness of legal issues surrounding school violence but also contributes to equipping students with the necessary knowledge to prevent and effectively respond to real-life situations that may occur in the learning environment.
In addition, the “Colors of Law” propaganda painting contest was also held on the same day at Hall B, Su Van Hanh campus of HUFLIT, attracting 14 teams and individuals to participate with the theme “Prevention and control of school violence” . The activity aims to raise awareness among union members and students about the meaning of building a safe and civilized school environment. Through paintings with humanistic messages, union members and students not only express their voices but also practice creative thinking and enhance their sense of responsibility towards the community.
The series of activities ended impressively with the activity “Justice Lecture Hall” , attracting more than 400 union members and students to participate. The activity recreated situations related to school violence through a topical dramatization. Not only did it help them approach the topic closely, but the union members and students participating also listened to the guests analyze the situation from a legal and practical perspective. Thereby, union members and students had a clearer view of the nature and consequences of school violence, contributing to raising awareness in building a safe and healthy learning environment.
“LAW DAY” 2024 has provided HUFLIT members and students with the opportunity to expand their legal knowledge and have a more comprehensive view of the importance of law in life. “LAW DAY” is also an opportunity for students to access useful legal knowledge, and at the same time listen and discuss current legal issues, thereby encouraging the effective and responsible application of law in daily life.
