Faculty of International Relations and Communication at HUFLIT Honors 599 Outstanding and High-Achieving Students for the 2024–2025 Academic Year
In the 2024–2025 academic year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) honored and awarded nearly VND 9.3 billion in scholarships and commendations at the Ceremony to Honor HUFLIT Talented and Perseverant Students, to confer the titles of Outstanding and High-Achieving Students for the 2024–2025 academic year, and to present scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year.
These achievements stand as a well-deserved recognition of the perseverance, disciplined learning spirit, and strong aspiration for knowledge demonstrated by HUFLIT students throughout the past academic year. Within this shared sense of pride, the Faculty of International Relations and Communication at HUFLIT (FIR&C) was honored to have 599 students commended at the Ceremony for Outstanding and High-Achieving Students for the 2024–2025 academic year. The ceremony served as a meaningful occasion to acknowledge and celebrate the Faculty’s students for their continuous efforts in learning, research, and personal development.
The event was honored by the presence of the Faculty’s Executive Board along with lecturers of the Faculty. Their attendance and words of congratulations contributed to a formal, warm, and emotionally resonant atmosphere throughout the program.
At the ceremony, M.A. Ha Thi Ngoc Anh, a lecturer and alumna of the Faculty of International Relations and Communication, delivered a congratulatory address and shared heartfelt words of encouragement with the honored students. Her sincere and inspiring remarks provided added motivation for students to move forward with confidence on their journey of learning and personal development.
In addition, exemplary student Nguyen Phuong Mai, representing the honored students, delivered a speech expressing her reflections, pride, and heartfelt gratitude to her family and the lecturers—those who have consistently accompanied and inspired students throughout their academic journey.
The moment when students were called by name and stepped onto the stage to receive their certificates of merit was one filled with pride, marking the culmination of months of dedicated study and commitment. Many HUFLITers from the Faculty of International Relations and Communication shared that this recognition was not only a reward for their own efforts, but also a meaningful gift for their families and lecturers—those who have continuously supported and encouraged them throughout their university journey.
The ceremony concluded in a lively atmosphere filled with joy and pride. The Faculty of International Relations and Communication at HUFLIT believes that today’s honors will serve as a strong source of motivation, inspiring students to continue striving, innovating, and developing themselves, thereby contributing to the University’s reputation and sustainable success in the future.
