Faculty of Oriental Language and Culture announces the implementation of graduation theses for students in the 2024-2025 school year
The Faculty of Oriental Languages & Cultures announces to students of the 2021 Course the content of the graduation thesis (KLTN) in 2024 as follows:
I. ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
When doing KLTN topics, students need to refer to the sample topic names here and pay attention to the implementation time as follows:

Note : The plan may change depending on the actual situation, so students need to regularly follow the announcements on the Faculty’s website or email. All drafts and originals when submitted to the Faculty must be approved/confirmed by the supervisor.
Note :
(1) To do a graduation thesis, students do not register for 02 courses:
+ Internship + Advanced Korean/Japanese presentation skills and
+ Japanese/Korean corporate culture + Advanced Korean/Japanese presentation skills .
(2) Students must submit 2 complete copies to the Faculty to have their scores entered by the Faculty’s academic staff.
Submit 2 official copies with the instructor’s signature (confirming the corrections according to the council’s requirements) to the Faculty office and the official file via email: dp@huflit.edu.vn by 4:00 p.m. on December 19, 2024.
II. ON THE PRESENTATION OF KLTN
2.1. Specifications
- KLTN (official version) printed on one side, A4 paper size.
- Minimum number of pages: 65 pages; maximum: 80 pages (excluding APPENDIX) typed on one side.
- Font size: 13, font: Times New Roman, line spacing: 1.5, top margin: 2.0 cm; bottom margin 2.0 cm, right margin: 2.0 cm, left margin: 3.0 cm.
- Page numbers in the middle and bottom of the page.
- If there are images, they must be clear and have a source citation.
- Citations from other references must be cited according to IEEE.
2.2. Form and layout of the KLTN (see sample)

– References (TLTK) must not exceed 30 documents (maximum reference 10 websites).
– TLTK are numbered in order and presented in a standard format. For example:

- Tran Thanh An, 2007, Research on applying methods to improve labor recruitment process, Labor Magazine, No. 12.

– Vietnamese reference materials are classified into one category (part A: VIETNAMESE DOCUMENTS), foreign language materials are classified into another category (part B: FOREIGN LANGUAGE DOCUMENTS).
