The Faculty of Foreign Languages at HUFLIT “Ignites” the Teaching Profession for Major StudentsRecently, the Faculty of Foreign Languages organized the first professional skills seminar for students in the 2025–2026 academic year under the theme “From the Classroom to the Teaching Podium.” The program was not only a career-sharing session but also opened a profound narrative about the educational journey—exploring choices, commitment, and sustaining passion for the teaching profession in the context of modern education.
HUFLITers and the “Season of Gratitude” Program 2024 – An unforgettable mark on Vietnamese Teachers’ Day November 20
To celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – November 20, 2024), HUFLIT Law Faculty Union organized the program “Season of Gratitude” in 2024. This is an opportunity for HUFLIT students to express their deep gratitude to their teachers, while promoting creativity and connection through useful activities.
The program includes a series of 03 activities: Online contest “Learning the meaning and history of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day November 20”, “Flower Colors” contest and “Youth Colors” music stage . Opening the series of activities is the Online contest “Learning the meaning and history of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day November 20” held on the My Aloha platform from November 5, 2024 to November 9, 2024. The contest provided useful knowledge related to the tradition of “Respecting teachers” through questions about the origin and historical significance of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day and attracted 1,532 students to participate.
Next was the “Flower Color” Contest held at the Conference Room, Su Van Hanh Campus (HUFLIT) on November 16, 2024. The contest took place in a vibrant atmosphere with the participation of 09 teams. The students made creative and meticulous handmade flower bouquets with meaningful wishes to their teachers on Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, November 20. The contest was not only an opportunity for HUFLIT students to show their ingenuity, but also an opportunity to express their deep gratitude to the “Ferrymen” through beautiful and unique “handmade” gratitude bouquets.
Finally, the “Colors of Youth” Music Stage – Concluding the series of activities in the “Season of Gratitude” Program in 2024 , took place at the Hoc Mon Campus Hall (HUFLIT) on November 19, 2024. The music stage brought emotional performances, from gentle, profound to dynamic and exciting. This is not only an opportunity for students to express their gratitude to their teachers, but also an opportunity for teachers and students to connect, creating a warm atmosphere, where students can immerse themselves in the lyrics, singing and look back on their journey of growth through each level of emotion.
The series of activities in the 2024 “Season of Gratitude” program has attracted the participation of many HUFLIT students, creating a warm and meaningful atmosphere. This is not only an opportunity for the Law Faculty Union to express deep gratitude to the teachers – those who have devoted their lives to the cause of sowing knowledge, but also an opportunity for all of us to look back and honor the tradition of “Respecting teachers and valuing education”. We wish you good health and success on your journey of “cultivating people”, and your efforts and dedication are the flame that lights the path of knowledge for future generations of students.
