In celebration of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (20/11/1982 – 20/11/2025), the Youth Union – Student Association of HUFLIT’s Faculty of Law organized the “Mùa Tri Ân” (Season of Gratitude) program in 2025.

The program provided an opportunity for HUFLIT students to express their deep appreciation to lecturers—the dedicated “ferrymen” who have guided and inspired generations of students with knowledge and passion. It comprised two main activities: the online template “Youthful Memories” and the photo space “Mailbox of Love.”

The first activity, the “Youthful Memories” template, was conducted online on the “HUFLIT Faculty of Law Youth Union – Student Association” community page from November 11 to November 14, 2025, attracting strong student participation. The activity allowed HUFLIT students to share memorable moments, heartfelt stories, and messages of gratitude for their lecturers—those who have accompanied and inspired them throughout their academic journey.

Each story shared through “Youthful Memories” became a piece of affection and growth, reflecting simple yet meaningful moments—a timely word of encouragement, a dedicated mentoring session, or inspiring classes that strengthened students’ confidence in the paths they have chosen.

Continuing this heartfelt atmosphere, the “Mailbox of Love” photo space was set up in the Ground Floor Lobby of the Trường Sơn campus (HUFLIT) from November 16 to November 20, 2025, and quickly became a popular gathering spot for students. There, students could creatively pose to capture warm, joyful moments with their lecturers and friends, celebrating the spirit of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day.

Students took commemorative photos together with their lecturers.

The “Mailbox of Love” photo space was seen as a meaningful bridge of connection, where students could send heartfelt messages of gratitude and spread a spirit of appreciation within the community. Though simple in form, these activities served as a gentle reminder that behind every student’s academic journey lies the quiet dedication, perseverance, and care of teachers—those who sow the seeds of knowledge and accompany each step of the younger generation. As such, the program carried deep humanistic value, continuing to nurture the tradition of respect for teachers within the HUFLIT community.

“Mùa Tri Ân” 2025 concluded with an abundance of heartfelt emotions, from simple well-wishes to vibrant, colorful photographs. The program not only created a meaningful Vietnamese Teachers’ Day celebration but also helped spread a lasting spirit of gratitude among HUFLIT students. The Youth Union – Student Association of the Faculty of Law extends its sincere appreciation to all lecturers and hopes that each student will continue to nurture their passion, strive every day, and together write many more meaningful journeys under the HUFLIT roof.

At the HUFLIT Faculty of Foreign Languages, M.A. Tran My Uyen (Vice Dean) goes by many names. Some call her “Ms My”; her students call her “mother”. Colleagues often compare her to Mother Au Co with a hundred children. Yet to become the “mother” of the lecture hall she is today, she went through a profound shift in thinking that completely changed a teaching philosophy built over more than 30 years.

  • “GenZ Major Insights 2026” – Episode 9: Boundless Journeys with HUFLIT’s Tourism and Hospitality Programs
Many students choose the Tourism and Hospitality field simply because they love to travel. But passion alone is not enough to pursue this field in the long run. What matters more is understanding the nature of the discipline, its professional requirements, and the qualities needed to grow in a professional service environment.
