HUFLIT announces admissions for the Distance Learning Program in English Language

The Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) announces admissions for the 2025 Distance Learning Program in English Language.

English is increasingly affirming its position as a global language for communication, study, and work. HUFLIT’s Distance Learning Program in English Language provides both foundational and advanced knowledge of language and culture, along with solid professional practice skills, enabling students to confidently apply their learning in real-world work environments in today’s era of international integration.

1. Admission Targets

  • Candidates who have already graduated from a regular (full-time) university program. In case a candidate has not yet received their university degree, a provisional graduation certificate (valid for 3 months from the date of issuance) is required.

2. Admission Method and Training Program

  • Admission based on document/application evaluation.

  • Distance learning program (92 credits).

  • Duration of study: 2 years (3 semesters per year).

  • Class schedule: evenings and weekends.

  • Learning mode: online (via BigBlueButton platform at bbb.huflit.edu.vn and the HLMS learning management system).

3. Fees, Tuition, and Incentives

  • Application Fee: 100,000 VND per application.

  • Tuition Fee: 700,000 VND per credit (Total for the entire program: 64,400,000 VND; tuition for the entire course is guaranteed not to increase).

  • Incentive Policies:

    • 20% tuition reduction for staff, lecturers, and employees currently working at the University.

    • 20% tuition reduction for children of staff, specialists, and lecturers at the University.

    • 15% tuition reduction for two siblings enrolling in the Distance Learning Program – English Language.

    • 10% tuition reduction for alumni of the University.

4. Admission Plan

  • Application submission: From the date of this announcement until August 15, 2025.

  • Review and announcement of results: September 2025.

  • Expected enrollment: October 2025.

5. Application Documents

  • 01 Admission Application Form (using the University’s template).

  • 01 Curriculum Vitae/Personal Profile (certified by local authorities or workplace).

  • 01 Certified copy of Bachelor’s degree.

  • 01 Certified copy of Transcript or Diploma Supplement.

  • 01 Certified copy of Citizen ID/Identification Card.

  • 02 recent 3×4 cm photos (taken within the last 6 months, with full name and date of birth written on the back).

6. Submission Method and Application Fee

  • Application submission: Applicants can submit IN PERSON or BY POST before the application deadline (based on the postmark date) at the Admissions Office.

  • Submission time: Monday to Friday

    • Morning: 08:00 – 11:30

    • Afternoon: 13:30 – 16:30
