HUFLIT is recruiting for the position of Specialist

* Quantity:  01 specialist

* Working time:  According to the general regulations of the School

* Request:

• Male preferred;
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in international environment;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields; – Ability to plan and organize work proactively and effectively;
• Thinking of development, innovation, updating new trends and technologies in work;
• Proficient in English in 4 skills (IELTS 7.0 or higher preferred, knowing Japanese or Korean is an advantage);
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Good problem solving and situation handling skills.

* Job description:

• Receive information, enroll, promote student exchange programs; carry out procedures to send and take care of exchange students;
• Carry out procedures to receive volunteers, lecturers, experts, and foreign students to research, study, and work;
• Draft, edit and archive foreign documents and be in charge of the administrative work of the Department ( manage reception, lists of incoming and outgoing delegations, office supplies );
• Participate in organizing events, conferences and seminars related to foreign affairs and international cooperation.
