HUFLIT Provides Admissions Counseling at 80 High Schools, Supporting Over 36,000 Students in Dong Nai and Lam Dong in Shaping Their Future
Last November, HUFLIT officially concluded its admissions counseling and career guidance journey through the program “Information and Career Orientation.” This annual initiative carries practical significance, demonstrating HUFLIT’s role in accompanying high school students during the critical period leading up to university entrance.
The program “Information and Career Orientation” was jointly organized by HUFLIT in collaboration with MEC Company – Southern Education Connection Company, with the aim of providing up-to-date information on university and college admissions while supporting students in raising awareness when choosing suitable fields of study, in line with the principle “the right major for a solid future.”
At each participating school, HUFLIT’s advisory team, together with partner organizations, directly shared the latest information on the 2026 High School Graduation Examination—an exam assessed as having significant changes and a major impact on the university admissions process. In addition, students were offered an overview of labor market demands amid ongoing economic fluctuations, as well as key criteria for selecting institutions and majors and for building study pathways aligned with their individual capabilities.
The atmosphere at the counseling sessions was vibrant, with numerous practical questions revolving around fields of study, employment opportunities, and future career trends. Through direct interaction, HUFLIT was able to promptly address students’ concerns, helping them gain a clearer understanding of academic programs, admissions methods, and post-graduation development pathways.
Many students expressed strong interest in majors closely aligned with development trends and local strengths, such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Tourism and Travel Services Management, and Hotel Management. At the same time, globally oriented and trend-driven fields also attracted particular attention, including Public Relations, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Japanese Studies, and Korean Studies. This reflects students’ awareness of the demands of digital transformation and international integration.
The admissions counseling journey in Dong Nai and Lam Dong was not only an information-sharing activity but also an opportunity for HUFLIT to listen, understand, and accompany students in their future-oriented decision-making. In the coming period, HUFLIT will continue to expand career guidance and admissions counseling programs nationwide, supporting high school students in confidently making well-informed decisions for their academic paths and personal development.
