HUFLIT Students Understand the Law to Start Up in the Digital Era

In particular, with technology startup models, e-commerce or digital platforms, the legal factor plays an even more key role. Not only do they need creativity and passion, students today must also equip solid legal knowledge to limit risks and develop sustainably.

Startup law in the digital era includes related issues such as: business registration, contracts, intellectual property, taxes, personal data protection and compliance with legal regulations in the digital environment.

In particular, with technology startup models, e-commerce or digital platforms, the legal factor plays an even more key role. Not only do they need creativity and passion, students today must also equip solid legal knowledge to limit risks and develop sustainably.

Through the special topic “Startup law in the digital era”, HUFLIT students accessed a training orientation linked to reality, emphasising the ability to apply law in business activities and enterprise administration. The programme helps students clearly understand the legal framework related to startups in the digital environment, thereby proactively building a suitable business model, complying with legal regulations and limiting legal risks during the project-development process.

Coming to share with the students at the programme were Dr. Hồ Hoàng Đức – Head of the HUFLIT Faculty of Law and MA. Lawyer Phạm Thị Mỹ Vân – Lecturer of the HUFLIT Faculty of Law. With their wealth of experience, the two shared many useful things for the students.

Here, Dr. Hồ Hoàng Đức pointed out to the students the real situations they may encounter so that from there they grasp the current legal regulations. MA. Lawyer Mỹ Vân “whispered” to them the way to carry out business registration; with a few simple operations, what were cumbersome procedures became simpler than ever.
