HUFLIT signed a student transfer agreement with Griffith University, Australia

Attending the signing ceremony were the Griffith University delegation including Prof. Sarah Todd – Vice Principal; Mr. Rick Chapman – Director of International Marketing; Ms. Michelle Hoang Walker – Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia and the Pacific – Mekong region.

HUFLIT and Griffith University, Australia signed an agreement on student transfer program for the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality

On HUFLIT side, there were Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Principal of the School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Manh Ha – Vice Principal of the School, MSc. Nguyen Thi Thieu – Head of Foreign Affairs Department and Dr. Pham Thi Thu Nga – Head of Tourism – Hospitality Department.

At the signing ceremony, the two sides agreed to cooperate and build a student transfer program framework, creating conditions for HUFLIT students, especially students from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality to continue their studies at Griffith University, Australia. Specifically, students who complete a certain number of credits at HUFLIT will have the opportunity to complete the remaining credits in the same program at Griffith University, Australia.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – HUFLIT Principal hoped that the cooperation with Griffith University would bring HUFLIT students the opportunity to access a quality learning environment at one of Australia’s leading universities. At the same time, HUFLIT hopes that HUFLIT students in general and students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in particular will have more of the best options for their future education.

Since the memorandum of cooperation between HUFLIT and Griffith University was signed online around the end of 2021 in the context of the COVID pandemic, both schools have been on the way to building an increasingly stronger relationship between the two sides through exchanges.
