In the heroic atmosphere of the historic August, as the entire nation looks toward the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), on August 19, 2025, the Party Cell of Administrative Unit 3 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology solemnly held a ceremony to admit outstanding candidate Trần Thụy Thiên Ngân, an officer of the Office of Politics and Student Affairs, into the Communist Party of Vietnam.
In recent years, the Party Cell has always placed great emphasis on Party development, particularly on identifying, nurturing, and fostering young Party members. Through their work, study, and personal development—along with the guidance and training provided by the Party Cell and affiliated organizations—young members have deepened their understanding of the position, role, functions, and duties of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This awareness has helped them define clear directions, set learning goals, and strive to contribute to the Party’s and the nation’s common cause.
Comrade Đinh Hồng Vân, Secretary of the Party Cell, announced and presented the Party admission decision issued by the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology to outstanding candidate Trần Thụy Thiên Ngân. The Secretary also assigned Comrade Thiên Ngân the task of continuing to enhance her knowledge and political awareness, fulfill her duties during the probationary period, and—most importantly—uphold revolutionary ethics, combat individualism, and set a good example worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
