HUFLIT CAREER FAIR 2026: A Career-Connection Touchpoint for the HUFLIT Student & Alumni Community

A breakthrough scale – Affirming the position of HUFLIT human resources

Carrying the theme “Voyage of Aspiration: Catch the Wave of Opportunity, Step Firmly into Your Career”, this year’s event recorded explosive figures, attracting more than 5,000 participants through both in-person and online formats. Nearly 2,900 quality job opportunities were handed over from 84 enterprise partners in diverse spearhead fields such as: Information Technology, Finance – Banking, Logistics, Aviation, Languages, Services.

The presence of strong enterprises such as Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, FPT Software, LOTTE Vietnam, Transcosmos… is clear proof of the HUFLIT brand’s reputation in the labour market. For the alumni community, the continuous growth of the HUFLIT Career Fair not only brings pride but also opens up an ideal connection space. This is an occasion for those who went before to return to the university to update market trends, seek a new career destination in senior positions, or appear as employer representatives to directly recruit talent from their own younger generation.

A “compass” for orientation and the values passed on

Not stopping at recruitment-interview activity, the day was also a place to hone career thinking and mettle. In-depth activities such as 1:1 CV consultancy with experts from Việc Làm 24h and the HUFLIT Career Talk #28 series (on the theme “Decode Yourself: Conquer Recruiters with DISC”, led by Mr Lê Thanh Lâm – CEO & Co-founder of TOPSKILLS) truly became a compass, helping participants precisely identify their core competencies to conquer recruiters.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – Rector of the University – conveyed a profound message: “Each person’s career life is like a journey out to sea. To go far, you need not only a good ship but also mettle, knowledge, skills and the ability to seize the right moment to set sail.”

That sharing is not only a flame inspiring the new graduates preparing to weigh anchor but also an echo sent to the alumni network – the “captains” who have been and are steadily steering their career ships amid a volatile market ocean. HUFLIT is always proud to be a safe harbour, a place of origin and also a refuelling station for every voyage of learners.
