Launched on June 23, 2025, the AI-powered CV Feedback feature on the HUFLIT Career Hub quickly became an essential tool helping students perfect their internship applications.
With the ability to analyze content and suggest improvements based on job requirements, this tool has helped over 500 students optimize their CVs professionally and effectively. The AI-powered CV editing service was launched as part of HUFLIT Internship Week 2025 (HIW25), helping ease the pressure of application preparation and enabling students to confidently seize their first career opportunities.

With over 500 uses in a short time, this number not only highlights the effectiveness of the technology but also reflects HUFLIT students’ proactive and eager-to-learn attitude in preparing for internships. Based on in-depth evaluation criteria, the AI system helps students:
– Analyze job fit: It compares the content of your CV with the job description for the position you’re applying for, providing an assessment of how well your CV aligns. This helps you understand how closely your CV “matches” the employer’s requirements.
– Optimize industry-specific keywords: Identifies keywords in your CV and suggests important, relevant terms related to your field and job description.
– Highlight experience and achievements: Provides suggestions on how to present your experiences, projects, and accomplishments more impressively, with measurable impact.

In a short period since its launch, the AI CV Feedback service has successfully assisted over 500 HUFLIT students. This number not only reflects students’ trust in technology but also demonstrates the service’s outstanding effectiveness. After receiving AI suggestions and making revisions, many students reported feeling significantly more confident when submitting their CVs for positions during HUFLIT Internship Week 2025.

– Do Gia Khanh (Class of 2022, Faculty of Foreign Languages) shared that she used to list her work and experiences rather simply. After using the AI feedback service from HIW25, her CV was professionally enhanced, especially in the experience section. Thanks to these improvements, she was selected by employers for interviews.
– Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan (Class of 2022, Faculty of International Relations & Communications) was impressed by the keyword suggestions and guidance for effectively presenting her experience. She said: “I submitted my CV for five different positions and used the AI feedback service from HUFLIT all five times.
