HUFLIT accepts applications from 15/4: Transcript-based admission with scholarships, broadening opportunities for candidates

From 15 April 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) officially opens registration for transcript-based scholarship consideration for candidates nationwide. This is a chance for candidates to make use of their upper-secondary results to increase their advantage in admission and access many of the university’s attractive scholarship policies.

In the 2026 admissions season, HUFLIT is also rolling out many scholarship policies specifically for new students with a total value of up to 40 billion VND, including many different groups such as: top-candidate scholarships (up to 50% of tuition for the whole course), talented new student scholarships (which can reach 100% of tuition for some special cases), a 20% first-semester tuition scholarship when admitted to HUFLIT via first preference, a 15% whole-course tuition scholarship when studying at the Hóc Môn campus, and more.

Alongside its commitment not to raise tuition throughout the course, HUFLIT also continues to run a student support fund with a total value of 13 billion VND each year. Students can borrow money from this fund to pay tuition without having to pay interest. This is a policy HUFLIT has run for many consecutive years, helping learners and their families ease their worries about the financial burden on the journey to conquer the university dream.
