Dear parents and new students of Cohort 31,
From 30/8/2025, in-person enrollment procedures at the University will be temporarily halted. You may resume submitting documents in person at the University from 03/9 to 05/9/2025.
Candidates who have received admission notices should complete the following steps online to confirm their enrollment:
Step 1. Receive the Admission Offer & Enrollment Instructions (Online)
– Admitted candidates will receive the Admission Offer and the Enrollment Instructions via https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/public/tracuutuyensinh.
Note: Candidates must use the user account corresponding to the admitted major to perform the enrollment procedures.
Step 2. Pay Tuition Fee, Other Fees, Insurance (Online)
Candidates can choose one of two methods:
– Method 1: Pay via the payment gateway as follows:
- Access https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit, enter the student ID, and click “search” to retrieve the tuition amount.
- Select a payment method icon linked to the University payment gateway.
a. If selecting QRPay: tap “Pay” → capture the displayed QR code → open your banking app on your phone → import the image to verify and complete the payment. Alternatively, candidates may choose to pay via cash or bank transfer by clicking “Payment Slip,” then use the displayed banking details for the transaction (account number, amount, etc.).
b. If selecting VNPAY: tap “Pay” → choose your bank’s icon → log in to complete the payment. If auto login fails, you may capture the QR code display, open your banking app, and use the QR scan feature to verify.
– Method 2: Pay in cash at branches or transaction offices of Agribank (Vietnam’s Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) — visit the office, request to pay the tuition to HUFLIT via the University’s payment gateway, and follow Agribank’s transaction instructions.
Note: Students must pay the full amount as specified in the admission notification. If students underpay, their enrollment will not be confirmed. The tuition invoice will be emailed to each student’s assigned email within 10 working days after the payment is completed.
Step 3. Print the Student’s Personal Profile & Residence Verification Form
– Students must prepare and complete a student personal profile form (paper version) with confirmation from local authorities.
– Students should print and get this form verified in their place of residence for submission.
For new students registered for the full program at the Hóc Môn campus, they must complete all the above steps. They must also submit the Registration Form (available via https://tinyurl.com/DKcsHM or collected directly from the University when performing enrollment procedures).
