“The art of the deal” – Negotiation secrets: the key to success in persuasion skillsRecently, the talk show “The Art of the Deal – Negotiation Secrets” welcomed over 400 students from various faculties and majors to engage with and learn from an experienced guest speaker in the fields of negotiation and persuasion - Mr. Phung Cong Dung, Former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association (Term II, 2022–2023). “Bookaholic”: A Journey Connecting the Love of Reading and English
In May 2024, the 7SEC English Club successfully organized the “Bookaholic” event series, marking a meaningful journey connecting the love of reading and English within the HUFLIT student community. The program was not just a series of entertaining activities but also a cultural bridge, igniting a passion for reading and encouraging creative English language learning.

Bookaholic” included two main events: BOOKCRAFT and the BOOKBURST Drama Night. BOOKCRAFT, with its book exhibition and exchange activities, created a vibrant cultural space where students could share their favorite books and find like-minded friends. The “BookCrafter” book cover design competition also attracted a large number of participants, showcasing the creativity and talent of the students.

The BOOKBURST Drama Night was the highlight of the program, where talented teams delivered impressive performances, reenacting famous literary works in English. The audience not only enjoyed creative, humorous, and emotional performances but also witnessed the flexible use of English by the students.


“Bookaholic” left many memorable moments in the hearts of the audience and participants. From lively conversations about books, creative book cover designs, to impressive theatrical performances, all of them created a colorful and meaningful “Bookaholic” picture.
