Announcement on the Graduation Ceremony – Intake 2, 2026

Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology hereby informs all students who have been approved for graduation in Intake 2 of 2026 as follows:

1. Time and venue of the Graduation Ceremony

– Time: 30–31 July 2026. Students may check their specific time at https://tracuu.huflit.edu.vn/tracuutotnghiep/

– Venue: Main Hall, Hoc Mon Campus, 806 Le Quang Dao, Hoc Mon Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Graduation fee: VND 600,000 per student.

3. Schedule and procedure for collecting the degree certificate and academic regalia

3.1. Time: 27, 28 and 29 July 2026 (morning: 08:00 – 11:30, afternoon: 13:30 – 16:00). To ensure smooth organisation, students are kindly asked to look up their time slot and queue number at https://tracuu.huflit.edu.vn/tracuutotnghiep/

3.2. Procedure for collecting the degree certificate

3.2.1. How to pay the fee

Students pay the fee through the payment gateway following these steps:

Step 1: Go to: https://e-bills.vn/pay/huflit and enter your student ID in the “Student ID” field, then click “Search” to look up the graduation fee.

– Step 2: Select the icon of the provider connected to the University’s payment gateway.

a/ If you choose the QRPay icon: Select “Pay” => take a screenshot of the QR code, open your banking app on your phone, upload the screenshot and complete authentication to finish the payment; or,

You may also pay in cash at any bank in Vietnam by clicking “Payment slip”. The screen will display the payment details (shown next to the generated QR code). The payment information is as follows:

Account number and amount: as shown on the payment slip

Receiving bank: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank)

Payment reference: exactly as stated on the payment slip

b/ If you choose VNPAY: Select “Pay” => choose the icon of the bank you use or have installed on your device, then log in to complete the payment.

If automatic login is not possible, take a screenshot of the QR code, open your banking app, select the QRPAY function, upload the screenshot and complete authentication to finish the payment.

c/ If a student chooses the icon of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, click Payment Code to generate a payment code, then use that code to pay at any Agribank branch or transaction office.

3.2.2. Signing the register and receiving the degree certificate and ceremony invitation: at the Conference Room, 1st floor, Block B, 828 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (please bring your ID card for verification).

3.3. Collecting the academic regalia

– Students collect their regalia at the Conference Room, 1st floor, Block B, 828 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The regalia deposit is VND 300,000 per set. Students must register and transfer the deposit before 29 July 2026 (cash is not accepted) via this link: https://dktotnghiep.huflit.edu.vn/

The deposit will be transferred back to your bank account after you return the regalia. (Note: the account name and account number of the recipient must belong to the same person. Students may log in to the link above with their HUFLIT email account to look up the steps involved, check the refund status or follow notifications sent to the registered email.)

– Students must return the regalia to the University’s collection team at the Main Hall, Hoc Mon Campus, within one hour after the Graduation Ceremony ends. After that deadline, the University will not accept returned regalia and the student will forfeit the VND 300,000 deposit.

4. Important notes

4.1. Ceremony invitations for parents

– The University will issue an invitation to the ceremony in the Main Hall for the parents of every student graduating in this intake (one invitation per family).

– The University will also issue 02 entrance tickets for the relatives of each student graduating in this intake.

– Relatives attending the event (WITHOUT ENTERING THE MAIN HALL) will be seated to watch via screens in the function rooms on the 10th and 12th floors of Block A, Hoc Mon Campus.

– Students will receive their invitations and entrance tickets when completing the degree collection procedure.

4.2. Other notes

– Students who have completed the degree collection procedure must be present at the Main Hall, Hoc Mon Campus, before 07:00 and before 13:00 on the ceremony day (invitations must be presented). Students arriving after these times will not be admitted to the Main Hall.

– Students return their regalia after the ceremony ends (at the Main Hall, Hoc Mon Campus).

– The University encourages students and parents to use public transport and ride-hailing services for convenient travel and to avoid traffic congestion.

– The University has arranged photographers to take commemorative photos of each student during the degree conferral. Family members should not come on stage to take photos.

– The Graduation Ceremony will be livestreamed on the University’s Fanpage and YouTube channel.

– Students must dress formally and must wear academic regalia when entering the Main Hall for the ceremony.

– Students and parents are responsible for their own belongings and personal property during the ceremony.

– Students who do not collect their degree certificate on the scheduled procedure days may collect it at the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office, Su Van Hanh Campus, from 3 August 2026.

– If authorising another person to collect the certificate (please make contact from 3 August 2026), the student must complete an authorisation procedure in accordance with the law. The authorised person must bring:

(1) A letter of authorisation (bearing the signatures of both the authorising and the authorised person, certified by the commune/ward People’s Committee or a notary office);

(2) A notarised copy of the authorising person’s ID card;

(3) A notarised copy of the authorised person’s ID card;

(4) A commitment form using the official template (available at the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office).
