This threshold is applicable to 18 undergraduate majors under the regular system, following the admission evaluation process regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training. The admission score threshold ranges from 15 to 16 points.

The Opening Ceremony for the 31st Intake marked an important milestone for HUFLIT, as the University was officially awarded the Education Quality Accreditation Certificates for two Master’s programs.
Opening a New Journey of Knowledge
On the morning of October 10, 2025, HUFLIT solemnly held the Opening Ceremony for the 31st Intake, welcoming new students as they officially begin their university life.
The Opening Ceremony is one of HUFLIT’s long-standing traditions, marking an important milestone in every student’s academic journey.
Dr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – HUFLIT’s President – delivered an inspiring message to the new students of Intake 31:
“I would like to share with you a life philosophy that has nurtured generations of HUFLIT: Seek happiness and freedom based on ethics and wisdom. Happiness does not depend on what you have, but on what you can give to others.”
“If you choose this path, you will not only live happily but also build a prosperous and fulfilling career and life,” he encouraged.
Also in the ceremony, HUFLIT honored 46 top scorers, who achieved the highest results in the 2025 admission process, including 02 University top scorers and the top students of each major.
In addition, many valuable scholarships were awarded to outstanding freshmen, such as the First Choice Scholarship, Talented Freshmen Scholarship, Experience Scholarship, and Connection Scholarship.
The total value of scholarships for freshmen in the 2025–2026 academic year reached nearly 35 billion VND.
In the previous year, nearly 2,700 students with remarkable academic achievements and personal efforts received scholarships from HUFLIT’s student scholarship fund. Furthermore, HUFLIT continues to support students in difficult circumstances, helping them pursue their studies through financial aid programs.
In parallel, the university maintains a student financial support fund of 13 billion VND, offering interest-free tuition assistance for eligible students.
HUFLIT Receives Accreditation Certificates for Two Master’s Programs
The Opening Ceremony for the 31st Intake also marked an important milestone for HUFLIT, as the University was officially awarded the Education Quality Accreditation Certificates for two Master’s programs in Information Technology and Business Administration.
This achievement affirms HUFLIT’s academic credibility and its commitment to high-quality postgraduate education.
It reflects the university’s dedication to maintaining transparency, ensuring continuous improvement, and aligning with both national and international education standards.
At the ceremony, Ms. Hồ Đắc Hải Miên – Deputy Director of the Center for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) – congratulated HUFLIT and shared her perspective on the university’s efforts to enhance education quality:
“Accreditation is not the end of a journey, but the beginning of continuous improvement. We believe that HUFLIT, with this spirit, will continue to implement the recommendations of the external evaluation team and the Accreditation Council effectively—thereby strengthening its academic reputation and creating greater value for learners and society.”
Since 2022, HUFLIT has been recognized as gaining the Certificate of Institutional Accreditation in the 2nd accreditation cycle, and has successfully accredited nine academic programs, including seven bachelor’s programs and two master’s programs.
With a student-centered approach, HUFLIT views quality assurance and accreditation as a strategic priority. The university continuously conducts internal evaluations and improvement activities to build a high-quality, effective, and sustainable learning environment.
