I. PURPOSE AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Purpose:
- Enhance students’ spirit and responsibility in contributing ideas to improve and enhance the quality of student support services of the School.
- Build a database of HUFLIT students on the use of the school’s support services such as: updating information on outpatient students, needs for school health psychological consultation, needs for student loans, needs to participate in training activities.
2. Requirements:
- Propaganda work is widely disseminated and implemented with a large number of students from each Faculty. Ensure that the number of students taking the survey from each Faculty reaches at least 90%.
- Survey results are processed objectively, honestly, used for the right purposes and shared with relevant parties.
II. DETAILED CONTENT
1. Survey period: From the date of announcement to May 29, 2024 .
2. Participants: Students studying full-time at the School.
3. Survey form:
– Online survey (Students use school-issued student email in the form mssv@st.huflit.edu.vn to access the link https://forms.office.com/r/mWYBhdaWYg )
4. Survey content:
- Provide information on student accommodation;
- Need for school health psychology consultation;
- Student loan needs;
- Need to participate in training activities at School.
5. Benefits for students participating in the survey:
- Students who complete the survey will receive 03 training points.
– During the survey, if students have any questions or need to discuss, please contact the Office of the faculty they are studying at.
– Units that need to discuss or give comments, please contact the Student Affairs Department via email: ctctsv@huflit.edu.vn .
– Faculties, Youth Union, Student Association, and relevant units are requested to provide timely and complete information to students. Relevant units, individuals, and all students need to strictly implement the content of this notice./.
