1.1. Direct
- Time: From September 5, 2024 to September 13, 2024.
- Duration of activity: 01 session/01 period.
(Morning 8:00 – 11:30 or Afternoon 1:30 – 4:30)
- Location: 6th floor hall, Su Van Hanh campus.

1.2. Online
- Time: expected from October 21, 2024 to November 10, 2024.
- Format: Moodle online learning system (detailed instructions will be provided; content attached to the announcement)
2. Regulations in civic life
- Students arrange their time to fully participate in the live and online topics in the “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year according to the received schedule.
- Students should be present 15 minutes early for roll call and announcement of updates.
- Students bring the Admission Procedure Form and the Admission Notice with the barcode below to scan the attendance code at each meeting.
- The activities will be counted and counted towards the student training points for semester 1 of the 2024-2025 school year. Students need to pay attention to attend fully according to regulations.
- After completing each activity, students must complete the Summary and Survey to record the evaluation results of their participation in the “Citizenship – Student Activity Week” for the 2024 – 2025 school year. The summary and survey take about 30 minutes .
- New students of the 2024 Class (K30) are assessed to have completed the Citizenship and Student Activity Week at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year when they participate in activities and complete assignments with a total score of 80 points or more , specifically:
– Participate in online thematic activities, self-study documents and take attendance: 20 points.
– Thực hiện bài thu hoạch chuyên đề trực tuyến (30 câu hỏi/20 phút): 30 điểm.
– Take the online topic assessment (30 questions/20 minutes) : 30 points.
– Conduct thematic assessment directly (20 questions/15 minutes) : 20 points.
3. Organize re-examination and re-evaluation for students with “Failed” results
After the activities end and the results are announced, the Student Affairs Department will re-examine and re-evaluate students who have “Failed” results in the Citizenship and Student Activities Week for the 2024-2025 school year.
